How to use the Homecare delivery service
Please text the Homecare SMS number 07464 986 747 including the following details:
We will send you a confirmation text so you know we have received your order.

We will send you an email confirmation that we have received your order.
If you require us to deliver your products to another address in the UK, please telephone us in advance.
If you have specific delivery instructions, e.g. if you would like us to leave your order in a garage, shed, or at an alternative address, please let us know.
If your order is an emergency, please tell us so that we can speak to your prescriber to arrange an emergency order.
We will deliver your order direct to your door (complimentary wash bag with first order).
Please be aware that due to NHS regulations, we can only deliver your goods when we have received your prescription*
If you have arranged for us to collect your prescription on your behalf, we will apply for your prescription and send you your goods as soon as your prescription arrives.*
If you don’t use this service and would like us to arrange for your prescriptions in the future, please complete the Homecare repeat prescription form and send it back to us (you only need to do this once). We will then request your prescriptions on your behalf when you contact us requiring an order.
